Yes, you can add or remove team members at any time. When you add members, billing for the next cycle is adjusted pro-rated automatically. No action is needed on your part. When you remove members, they will lose access to the dashboard, and you will need to adjust the number of seats in the billing section.

We accept Credit Card and Wire Transfer (for annual cycles on Business and Enterprise plans only). Payment is secure with Stripe.

Over a 100 regions are supported for Phone and SMS alerts. Check the full list.

The Starter plan includes 100 Phone and SMS alerts total for the entire organization. If the 100 alert limit is exceeded, you will receive an email alert, and all Phone and SMS alerts will be paused immediately. On-call shift alerts count towards this limit, so use other channels for personal alerts. Alerts through Slack, MS Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and Discord are unlimited. The Business plan includes unlimited Phone and SMS alerts across all regions.

Starter Plan: Support is available via email only. Business Plan: Support includes both live chat and email. Enterprise Plan: Extended support is provided with a dedicated contact and a dedicated Slack channel via Slack Connect.

Cancellation is simple and can be done at any time from the billing portal with a single click. If you are on the enterprise plan, reach out to us on [email protected] and we'll help you with the cancellation.
